We offer products/services for sale on this site using Shopify Payments powered by Stripe, and PayPal. To avoid learning your credit card information, we’ve partnered with PayPal and Stripe to securely process payment. As such, we never learn or store your credit card information. They share your name, email address, and mailing address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All online sales are final. Please review your order very carefully, and email prior to ordering if there are any questions. We cannot accept returns, or exchanges.
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of the package arrival. If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, contact us immediately. Please include your purchase order # and contact information.
This site contains intellectual property owned by Flor and Seed, including trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property.

This site collects information on you in two ways:
- The information that you manually provide us by submitting a Contact form or Newsletter Sign-up.
This information can be tied directly to you because of the information you’ve provided.
- The information that’s automatically collected via our third-party partners: PayPal and Stripe.
The types of information collected here include things like name, email address, mailing address, or credit card information.
Generally, our third-party partners only give us this information in the aggregate (e.g. it’s not identifiable to you) but sometimes this information can be directly tied to you when your purchase is finalized and being prepared for shipping. This information is collected and used solely for personal communication with you via email and or newsletter correspondence. The information collected is only shared with others when processing payments via PayPal or Stripe. Each batch of coffee is roasted to order! We roasts every morning, with each batch of coffee being roasted often within hours if not minutes of being shipped out.
Your coffee is so fresh that we actually recommend waiting about 7 days off roast to brew it so the coffee can properly degas. With that, the time it takes for the coffee to degas to reach optimal flavor coincides perfectly with the time it takes for the coffee to ship so you're receiving the freshest coffee possible!
Flor and Seed ships all co within the 48 contiguous states via the US Postal Service and UPS. Regarding merchandise most in-stock items ship within 3 days although some items may take longer to process.
Please note that items ordered together may be shipped separately.
Occasionally some items may be backordered or out of stock. You will be emailed in a timely fashion should this be the case.
Shipping can take 5-7 business days depending on the size and weight of the items. Once the order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know your order is on its way and an estimated time of arrival.
All orders will be shipped to the address entered during check out. Please double-check the accuracy of this address. We are not responsible for stolen packages once they arrived their destination.
International orders are not available at this time.
