We have always share the same love for the people and coffee from our mother land Mexico. Together we combine more than 20 years of experience working in the specialty coffee business. In every way, shape or form... from coffee lover to barista to coffee shop owner and now to roasters.
Along the way we’ve seen how challenging for the farmers in the producing countries is to grow, pick and process the specialty coffees that all of us love and enjoy. The unfair price farmers received for their crops had always been a concern and focus in our way of doing business. That's why we are traveling and dealing directly with the farmers, listening to their concerns. We are committed not only to pay above market prices for their coffees but also to give technical support to farmers that want to produce specialty coffee so they can get more for their crops too. We had teamed up with a couple of agronomy engineers in Chiapas to support farmers on processing Natural and Honey coffees.
Our goal is source the best coffees from Mexico and share with you a unique coffee experience. From farm to table. Never from a storage warehouse or ports. Always the same year crop. Truly seasonal, artisan small batch, limited edition coffees from the unique lands in Mexico.
